Cart Total Condition Support for Cart Discount Actions

MINOR Promotions Builder now supports cart_total as an action condition on cart_discount actions

What's New?

• You can now gate a cart_discount action behind a cart total threshold using the condition field. For example, you can create tiered cart_total discounts using multiple cart_total conditions in a single promotion.
